Pastor - Rob Snider

Hello, my name is Rob and I am currently serving as the pastor for both the Dunlap and the Jasper Seventh-day Adventist churches.  I  enjoy worshipping and working together with my congregations as they share the everlasting gospel in their communities and church schools.  I have been blessed in my journey to share the gospel ministry with many cultures.  I have been to the Micronesian islands, Guam, Romania, and Puerto Rico to teach, preach, and sing of my best friend Jesus.  My favorite hobbies include writing, singing, and recording original songs.  My wife Sharon and I have two happy energetic daughters.

When you come for a visit, please take some time to chat with me so we may become better acquainted.

Assistant Pastor - Dan Hall

Hi!  My name is Dan Hall.  I am a retired pastor having served over 35 years in Pa, Ind, Mich, Georgia, and Tenn.  Together with my wife, Susan, we have worked together as a team to lead people closer to Jesus.  We moved here to Dunlap to be closer to our daughter and grandchildren.  Working now as the Assistant Pastor, I give Bible studies, visit members, and offer counseling and other services in the church.  I help Pastor Rob with all 3 churches in whatever capacity I can.  How can I help you?

If you see me, feel free to introduce yourself.  I keep a list of members who have asked to have a visit and would love to come visit you.

Head Elder - Todd Collson

My name is Todd Collson, and I am honored to serve as the Head Elder for the Dunlap Seventh-day Adventist Church. I have a deep passion for serving the Lord, and I do so in various capacities such as teaching, preaching, and mentoring. In addition to my work in the church, I am also a home health nurse, providing care to those in need. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, and exploring God's beautiful creation. I also love creating evangelistic content on the internet, as I believe it is a powerful tool for spreading the gospel. Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted husband to my wife Norma Collson and a proud father to my two children, Eric and Sara. I am also a doting grandfather to my two grandchildren, Ella and Andrew. I am always happy to chat and get to know you better.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns, or if you simply want to chat.  I am here to serve and support you in any way that I can.

Prayer Coordinator - Shari McKeown

My name is Shari McKeown. Being involved in prayer ministry is one of the great joys of my life.

It has been said that the family who prays together, stays together. At the Dunlap SDA Church we are family and we pray together. We have several organized prayer groups made up of earnest members who are dedicated to intercessory prayer. We repeatedly see God’s hand move in response to our prayers of faith. Organized times for group prayer include Wednesday night prayer meeting and Sabbath vespers. We invite you to join us here at the Dunlap SDA Church for fellowship in prayer.

Church School Principal - Norma Collson

Being able to teach in our Adventist schools has been one of my greatest joys.  I enjoy sharing my love for Jesus and what He has done in my life. I believe it is a privilege to be able to work where I can share my faith openly with my students.

I have taught in Dunlap for the past three years and I love the country atmosphere and the wonderful students I teach.  I taught in smaller schools as the head teacher for 30 years.

I use teaching methods that inspire students to want to learn more.  My theme is "Dream Big."  I apply this theme to the subjects I teach in order to inspire my students to reach higher for their dreams and to strive to do their best. I am a very hands-on teacher.

I love teaching and being involved in church work. Jesus is very real to me, and I want to share Him with others.
